1. SUPP Penguin Educare Scholarship Programme SUPP Penguin Educare Scholarship Programme was launched by SUPP President Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam on 08.12.2006. The objectives of the programme are (i) to provide opportunity for those needy and bright students in Sarawak to pursue higher education in approved diploma or degree courses in i-Systems group of colleges in Malaysia; & (ii) to promote a caring and knowledge-based society. Application is now open and the deadline is on 31.03.2007. 2. Dialogues Dialogues were held with school board of management of SJK(C) Chung Hua No.2 on 23.01.2007, and SJK(C) Chung Hua Bako on 24.01.2007. The dialogues, which were chaired by Datuk Sim Kheng Hui (SUPP Secretary General), discussed at length on the relocation of the said schools. 3. School visits Education Task Force led by its Chairman cum SUPP Secretary General Datuk Sim Kheng Hui visited SJK(C) Chung Hua Bako and SJK(C) Chung Hua Sungai Buda on 14.12.2006. Also present were Datuk Alfred Yap Chin Loi (SUPP Publicity Secretary), Lily Yong (SUPP Vice President) and Ku Fut Po (SUPP Central Committee).
1. Dialogue with Education Department Officer A dialogue with Education Department (Kuching Divisional Office) was held on 17 MARCH 2007 at It H'ng Restaurant, Kuching. The objective of the dialogue was to exchange ideas on relocation of Chinese primary schools in Kuching area. The dialogue was chaired by Party Publicity Secretary cum Education Task Force Secretary Y.Bhg Datuk Alfred Yap Chin Loi. Present were Education Task Force member Mr. Ku Fut Po, Executive Mr. Ong Chee Chiang, and officers from Education Department (Kuching Divisional Office).
2. Penguin Educare Scholarship Party President YB Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr George Chan presented the "Penguin Educare Scholarship" to two recipients from Kuching on 25 APRIL 2007 at Party Headquarter. Present at the ceremony were Y.Bhg Datuk Sim Kheng Hui, Mdm. Lily Yong, Mr. John Tiong of I-System group of colleges, and representatives from I-System. 
3. Government Grant Education Task Force assisted SJK(C) Sungai Buda, Kuching to apply government grant for school's upgrading project from Ministry of Social Development and Urbanisation. Party's Secretary-General cum Education Task Force Chairman Y.Bhg Datuk Sim Kheng Hui presented the grant to the school Board of Management on 27 APRIL 2007. Also present were Education Task Force member YB Lee Khim Sin, Mr. Ku Fut Po, and members of the school Board of Management. 
4. Press Conference Education Task Force led by its Chairman Y.Bhg Datuk Sim Kheng Hui conducted a press conference on 8 MAY 2007 to clarify Party's stance and commitment in the relocation of SJK(C) Chung Hua No.2, Kuching. The press conference was in response to the misleading statement by Member of Parliament for Bandar Kuching, Chong Chieng Jen on the relocation of the said school. Present at the press conference were Education Task Force Secretary Y.Bhg Datuk Alfred Yap Chin Loi, Education Task Force member Mdm. Lily Yong, Mr. Wee Kok Tiong and Mr. Ku Fut Po, and Chairman of Board of Management of Chung Hua Primary School No.1-6, Dr. Chou Chii Ming. 
5. SUPP donates RM500,000.00 to fourteen (14) Chinese Middle schools in Sarawak on 12.05.2007. The donation shows SUPP's supports and commitment in the development of Chinese education in Sarawak. Party President Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam presents the donations to the following Chinese Middle school: -
